Born and raised in Chicago, Devraj’s entrepreneurial journey began at just 15 years old when he launched his first company, Siesta Wrap, introducing a patented pillow-blanket hybrid. Today, he serves as the CEO of 1DKT, Fortitude’s dedicated real estate arm and brokerage, and as the CMO of Genex Lending LLC, where he continues to bridge capital, development, and technology.

Devraj has contributed research at Columbia University’s Center for Advanced Technology and Human Performance, publishing work on neuroentrepreneurship and AI-based motion tracking. His case studies on decision-making have even been presented at the Pentagon.
